Hey - thanks for making it this far and giving up your time to look through this site! I hope that you find it "pretty neat" & and are given more insight into why I am the way I am.
2 Quick Points About Me:
1 - I like making things
2 - I like making those things better & easier for all involved
At my heart, I have an analytic mindset, a unique interest in high-adventure activities, and an unselfish love for helping people. This makes point #2 pretty fun. Let's connect on LinkedIn before you carry on:

Professional Qualities
Similar to Myers-Briggs or the Enneagram, but for professional strengths! Check out the "My Qualities" button to learn more about me.
Analytical
Problem-solver
I prefer to think through a situation before diving in. My ability to quickly learn while remaining objective allows me to get to the heart of the problem by oftentimes using logic and reason.
Adaptable
Change
I genuinely get excited by a certain degree of uncertainty. I'm able to adapt to new ideas, am willing to try new things, and have a "flexible" way of thinking.
Innovative
Unique
I stand out for my original thinking. Oftentimes finding new angles and ideas that no one has tried before - more often than not leading to innovative solutions.
Supportive
Helper
I have an innate desire to help others - I have yet to figure out where this comes from. I enjoy hearing others' opinions and am naturally supportive of my colleagues.

Logistics Analyst - DF Channel Management at The Home Depot
Fall 2022 - Present
-
HomeDepot.com sells products online that anyone can buy from anywhere, yeah? The Home Depot also has these awesome distribution centers to help fulfill orders from - how do we decide which of those DCs to stock in?? That's my job. Secret - it's not every building (& rarely is it the same answer for 2 different products)...
-
I do this by getting a goal from merchants, partnering with data scientists & the DCs to get large dumps of data. I then filter those large datasets making them readable & focused on the goal (different every time). I present it back to the merchants, onboard the product, and finally partner with inventory planners to order the product. All so a customer can get 2-day shipping!!
Senior Specialist EIM Coordinator at Tyson Foods Inc.
Summer 2021 - Summer 2022
-
I helped train employees & roll out new software for Tyson's manufacturing plants. Lots of travel, 4:30 am alarms, and chickens.
-
This software was a revolutionary improvement in product traceability. Do you remember the 30k pounds of Dino Nuggies that were recalled in the Fall of 2023? That was 100% my job & it could have exceeded 500k pounds if it wasn't backtrack-able due to our training.

I'm trying my best to explain this without getting in any legal trouble... I worked with Arkansas Mascot Big Red, University Marketing, and my teammates to maximize crowd engagement and excitement during games, events, and promotions... sure that sounds right

Skydiving - talk about a "fast paced environment." Had my fair share of learning when it comes to struggling with goal hyper fixation & stress. Actively working towards coaches rating - this will allow me to help other people get their Skydiving A License!

This is the first scuba certification. Gathered confidence one while knowing how to assemble and use gear, respectfully approach marine life, and handle common problems under stress.
